Our support contract includes free 10 ball-bearing roller installation and lubrication.
A twenty (20) point maintenance tune-up and safety inspection performed on garage doors and openers at your home.
Door service includes tightening or replacing defective bolts and nuts, maintenance lubrication of pulleys and cables, as well as adjustments of springs.
Opener service includes adjustment of electric door openers, tightening of chain, setting limit switches, and lubrication of the whole drive mechanism.
Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the homeowner before the service technician’s departure.
